Lifesize Plans makes home designs a reality

Building a new home is one of the most important investments you will ever make, both financially and personally. It needs to fit perfectly with your family and your lifestyle needs.

Architectural plans will only go so far in helping you to picture life in your new home. That’s why Lifesize Plans is an important part of the Allura design process. It’s a real-time, digital experience that enables you to be sure that every detail is right, that what you’ve imagined has been captured in the design.

“This unique experience provides Allura customers with the opportunity to actually walk through the floorplan of their new home, and make changes before it’s built,” said Andrew Strachan, Allura Director and General Manager.

Experience a virtual tour of Lifesize Plans

The Lifesize Plans facility offers a virtual tour of your new Allura home, with your architectural plans digitally projected onto a large warehouse floor, displaying the entire floorplan to scale.

You can literally stand in your new kitchen and see exactly how far the island benchtop is from the fridge. Or, how far the lounge will be from the projector screen in the home cinema. You can drive your car into the garage space, and wander through your walk-in wardrobe to the ensuite.

“As well as the excitement of seeing your home come to life around you, Lifesize Plans puts customers at ease,” commented Andrew. “Knowing they’ve got the design just right, and that it will work for their family can ease the anxiety of the new build and instil confidence in the process moving forward.

Lifesize Plans helps Allura customers get a feel for every part of a home, including the outdoor spaces such as swimming pools, landscaping and driveways.  You can even move the walls a little, to visualise how making a room larger or smaller will look.

We welcome the opportunity to talk with you about your new home. Drop in to Studio Allura in Lane Cove, or call us on 02 9420 4133 to learn more about how Allura can help you.
